Holistic Counselling.

Holistic Counselling is a collaborative, supportive space where we explore what’s going on in your inner world and your life as a whole. Instead of zooming in on one issue, we look at the full picture — your emotions, patterns, relationships, body, lifestyle, and sense of meaning — because they’re all connected.

My role is to sit with you with curiosity, compassion, and no judgment, and help you understand yourself more deeply.

Our work together may include:

  • gentle conversations and emotional processing

  • exploring patterns, beliefs, stress, or relationship dynamics

  • grounding, breathwork, and mind–body awareness (within my training)

  • lifestyle insight and self-care support (non-medical)

  • strengthening boundaries, intuition, and your sense of personal alignment

Psychosocial Wellbeing Support.

Psychosocial Wellbeing Support is a practical, person-centred service designed to help you feel more confident, capable, and supported in your everyday life. Together, we focus on strengthening your emotional wellbeing, building helpful routines, and developing the skills you need to feel more grounded and independent.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to what you want and need. We move at your pace and work on goals that truly matter to you.

Support may include:

  • emotional support and someone to talk things through with

  • developing routines, structure, and healthy habits

  • support with motivation, organising tasks, and daily life management

  • building confidence and coping strategies

  • practising grounding, mindfulness, and simple nervous-system tools

  • support with communication skills, boundaries, and relationships

  • guidance in creating a lifestyle that feels stable and aligned

  • help connecting with community, services, or meaningful activities

Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching.

Navigating an eating disorder can feel incredibly isolating. Working with an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach helps you to remember that you're not alone, and full recovery is possible. Whether you're struggling with food, body image, or disordered eating habits, recovery coaching offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore healing.

With lived experience and ongoing professional training in Psychology, as an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach I will walk beside you — providing emotional support, accountability, and tools to build a healthy, nourishing relationship with food, your body and yourself.

  • A safe space to talk openly about food, body image, and emotions

  • Gentle meal or snack support and help creating supportive routines

  • Exploring unhelpful patterns, thoughts, and behaviours with compassion

  • Practical tools for managing urges, anxiety, and overwhelm

  • Building body neutrality, self-respect, and a healthier relationship with yourself

  • Accountability, encouragement, and guidance between professional appointments

  • Support with boundaries, communication, and navigating relationships

  • Reconnecting with hobbies, joy, identity, and purpose outside the eating disorder

  • Optional collaboration with your wider care team for integrated support
